- 19 March - Hotel reservation deadline (after this date rooms availability is not guaranteed)
- 28 March - Abstract submission deadline of invited talks
- 18 April - 1st Registration deadline (fee = 350,00 €)
- 10 May - 2nd Registration deadline (fee = 430,00 €)
- 15 April - Approximate deadline for cancellation of hotel reservation without penalty (35 days before your arrival)
- 30 April - Deadline for full refund of the registration fee (minus VAT and a handling fee of 30 €)
- 20 May - Accreditation at the Therasia Resort, Vulcano Island
