  • 07 March - Abstract submission of invited talks
  • 20 March - Hotel reservation deadline (after this date rooms availability is not guaranteed)
  • 28 March - 1st Registration deadline (fee = 300,00 €)
  • 11 April   - 2nd Registration deadline (fee = 350,00 €)
  • 17 April   - Approximate deadline for cancellation of hotel reservation without penalty (35 days before your arrival)
  • 16 May    - Deadline for full refund of the registration fee (minus VAT and a handling fee of 30 €)
  • 22 May    - Accreditation at the Therasia Resort, Vulcano Island
  • 24 July    - Proceedings submission
