This meeting will take place in INFN-Frascati
National Laboratory from
8th to 12th February 2005. The Meeting is split into two parts, the
Collaboration Meeting and the Midterm Review Meeting.
The
2005 Collaboration Meeting
will take place from 8 to 11 of February 2005, starting at 14:30 on
Tuesday and ending at 13:00 on Friday 11th. The Collaboration meeting
will be followed by the Midterm
Review Meeting with the EU officer Dr. Renat Bilyalov. The
Midterm Review Meeting will start on Friday 11th of February at 14:30
and will end on Saturday 12th of February at 12:30. The detailed

General
information
- A registration fee of 100 Euro will be charged for the
Collaboration Meeting, in order to cover lunches from Tuesday to
Friday, coffe break and a Collaboration Dinner on Thursday Evening.
Information for Speakers
Young Researchers presentations during the MidTerm Review can make use
of the Guidelines for Young Researchers.
The seminar room is equipped with both old-fashion transparency
projectors and computer/beamer, for electronic presentations.
Concerning electronic presentations, the speakers are kindly requested
to prepare the talk in pdf or powerpoint format and landscape
orientation. The files should be sent to us, at least 24 hrs before the
talk, using the following web-upload form (please do not send the whole
talk by e-mail):

in the "Destinatario/To" field
and specifying your name and title in the
"Remarks" field.
Otherwise, the speakers can download their talk directly before the
beginning of the session using Windows-readable USB memories, CD-ROM or
floppy disks. The use of private computers for the presentations is
strongly discouraged.
