Registration fees:

N.B.:

1. the bank transfer must be done by 25 March 2014, after this date only cash payment (350,00 €) will be accepted
2. the transfer fee is at the sender's expense
3. a copy of the bank transfer should be sent by email to: vulc14_loc@lists.lnf.infn.it

For INFN employees and associates, due to the new rules about charge between INFN Sites, the fee will be charged directly to their home INFN Site. Further information can be obtained from the administrative offices.

Cancellation and refunds:

• by 15 May: full refund minus 30 € as handling fee
• after 15 May: 50% of registration fee will be refunded

The registration desk, at the Therasia Resort, will open on Sunday May 18th, at 6:00 pm.
