Special accommodation rates have been negotiated with the hotels listed below where a suitable number of rooms has been reserved for the period of October 17 up to October 21, 2010. For any additional days, prices should be directly checked with hotels. Each hotel has different room availability and after these dates rooms are not guaranteed. We advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible in order to ensure your accommodation. Hotel reservation and registration for the conference should be done separately. The hotels offer a free shuttle bus for arrivals and departures at the Frascati and Tor Vergata Railway Stations. The reservation of this service may be asked directly to the hotels. The hotels accept VISA and Master Card.
