NQS provides a total of nine user commands:
- qcat
- Display output files of NQS running requests
- qcmplx
- Display status of NQS queue complexe
- qdel
- Delete or signal NQS request
- qhold
- Hold NQS request
- qjob
- Display status of NQS networked queues
- qlimit
- Show supported limit and shell strategy
- qrls
- Release NQS request
- qstat
- Display status of NQS requests and queues
- qsub
- Submit NQS batch request
To get more information about a command, type: man command
or refer to the man pages at the end of this guide.
Moreover some extra NQS commands specific to our UNIX environment are:
- qwhere
- Display location of running NQS job
- qusage
- Gives the cumulative execution time in seconds for all
running NQS jobs. The execution time is evaluated twice per hour
- qresources
- Gives the available resources for the different batch
