Riotto (Padova) Recent Developments in Inflationary Cosmology Abstract One of the relevant ideas of modern cosmology is represented by the inflationary paradigm which elegantly explains the homogeneity and isotropy of our observed Universe and provides the seeds for the origin of structures on large scales. We will review the status of Inflationary Cosmology and discuss future observational tests.
