Abstract
Direct Dark Matter searches have recently reached sensitivities allowing them to sample a first part of supersymmetric (SUSY) models compatible with accelerator constraints. I will describe the present results, the perspectives and the experimental strategies of the main next generation experiments, using notably cryogenic and inert gas detectors. Challenges met by future large scale experiments in deep underground laboratories, aiming at testing most of the SUSY parameter space, will be critically discussed.
