Tokyo         Precision spectroscopy of kaonic helium X-rays (KEK-PS E570)       Kaonic helium-4 X-rays have been measured to determine the 2p-level strong-interaction shift with a statistical precision of about 2 eV. We used silicon drift detectors (SDDs) which have twice better energy resolution than the conventional silicon lithium detectors.
