A measurement program of Lambda polarization in semi-inclusive and exclusive processes at large momentum transfer Q2 is proposed. The measurements of Lambda polarization will provide an important probe of of the strange sea in the nucleon and may shed light on the proton spin puzzle. The experiment will held at JLab using the CLAS12 detector.
