 Machine studies (Miro Preger and SUsanna Guiducci)
 from 8:00 to 13:00 (no beams).
  Microstrips and tofino turned off during
 this period.
 In the afternoon, pretty stable collisions.
  Tofone 18 tripped at each and every injection.
