OTR experiments on LISA have been performed both with the
1 MeV injector beam and the accelerated beam (up to 14 MeV)

At 1 Mev an emittance measurement has been performed by measuring
the beam profile as function of a quadrupole strength

Here is an image of the 1 MeV beam

A movie of beam spot as function of quadrupole strength can be
downladed as Qick Time (700 kB)

Some OTR images at 14 MeV

  • Beam spot (is a two-beam Linac?)

  • 14MeV e-beam OTR radiation pattern #1
  • The same picture as a 512x512 intensity map (8-bit)

  • 14MeV e-beam OTR radiation pattern #2
  • The same picture as a 512x512 intensity map (8-bit)
