1. Place and date
The conference will start on 7th of April at 2 p.m. in
the Touschek Hall of the High Energy Building in Frascati
National Laboratories (LNF). Registration will take place in the
morning, starting at 11:15. The Conference will end at lunch
time on Friday 11th of April.
2. Scientific Organization
The conference consists of invited topical
contributions and two summary talks. Prior to their arrival,
participants presenting their talk in electronic format, are
invited to upload a copy of their presentation by filling
the form on http://www.lnf.infn.it/computing/cgi-bin/sendfile.pl and
specifying: - Sender = your e-mail address -

File = path/filename of your presentation - Remarks
= name of the speaker, title of the talk, session For
compatibility reasons, PDF format is preferred. A PC and projector will be available for
the presentation.
After receiving abstracts, talks have been grouped, in
order of appearance in the program, as follows :

3. Proceedings
It is planned to publish the proceedings in Nuclear
Physics B, Proceedings Supplement. A deadline for
submission of participants typescripts has been set for 31st
of May, 2003. We expect the proceedings to be published by
January 31st, 2004. Instructions will be mailed to the authors
and found on the web page, after the Conference.

4. Computing
In addition to the usual computing facilities, network access
for laptop computers may be made available to those conference
participants who have included the MAC address of their
network card on the registration form. The Touschek Auditorium
allows for wireless connection.
5.
Conference fee
The conference fee of 250 Euros is to be paid in cash upon
arrival. It will include lunches, coffee breaks, conference
dinner, welcome party, visit to winery, transportation between
LNF and the town of Frascati, excursion to Villa Adriana in
Tivoli and a copy of the conference proceedings.
6.
Accommodation
Participants have been housed in a number of
hotels in the town of Frascati. To reach LNF from Frascati
town during the conference, there will be a conference bus whose
schedule is published on the web page. The bus will
display a copy of the poster and will take the participants back
and forth from the town to LNF every morning and in the evening,
at the end of sessions.
7. Travel Information
Airplane
connections
From Leonardo da
Vinci airport in Fiumcino (FCO), you can reach LNF either by
train or by car. The fastest way is to take a taxi, which will
take you to LNF in about 40 minutes, at a cost of about 60Euros.
Taxis are available at the airport or could be reserved from the
secretariat upon request. If you plan to rent a car,
instructions to reach LNF can be found on the laboratory web
page http://www.lnf.infn.it/.
Train connections
From Fiumicino
airport you can reach Frascati through Rome Termini railroad
station. Trains for Termini leave the airport every half an
hour, starting at 6:37 and up to 23:37. Once in Termini station
you can reach the town of Frascati, where hotels are located,
using the Rome-Frascati line. From Frascati train station, most
of the hotels can be reached on foot or by a short taxi ride. An
exception is Hotel Villa Campitelli, which is some 20 minutes
walking downhill from the Frascati railroad station.
If
you wish to arrive directly to LNF from Rome, you can take the
Roma-Frosinone-Cassino line and get off at Tor Vergata station.
The laboratories are located 200 meters uphill, on the left hand
side along Via Enrico Fermi. Notice that LNF are not within
walking distance to the hotels.

9. Additional event
On saturday 12th of April, in the University
of Perugia there will be a one day Symposium in honour
of Professor Benedetto De Tollis. The program will be announced
during the Conference. Perugia is a beautiful Etruscan town in
the center of Italy, some 170 Km from Rome/Frascati. If there
will be enough interested participants, the Universiy of Perugia
is offering to provide a bus to participate to this event. |
