Talks

 

Speakers are encouraged to arrange their slides electronically as either a Power Point presentation or PDF file. A video projector and a laptop will be provided by the conference orgainzers. A standard optical projector is available for ordinary slides.

All speakers are kindly requested to send a preview of their talks to the conference organizers at Nucleon05@lnf.infn.it to allow a preliminary test of the presentations. The dead-line for e-mail submission is Monday 10 at 12:00PM.

Guidelines for Electronic Presentation
Landscape slide format is recommended. Please, pay attention to fonts type and size, that if possible it must be no less than 20 pt.

If a Power Point file is used, please select the option to embed your fonts into the ppt file (tools/options/save check EMBED TRUE TYPE FONTS). Check also the performance of colors: some of them could appear unreadable when projected.

To ensure 100% fidelity of the projected file, keep in mind that PDF format is preferred over PPT.

All speaker are also encouraged in bringing a copy of their talk on a USB flash memory directly at the conference room.

Talks transparencies will be made available on the web after delivery of the talk.

There will be no proceedings of the workshop.
