Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved in the below Hotels in Frascati (see map), from Sunday, 4 December to Sunday, 11 December, at special rates.

Participants should arrange their own accommodation contacting the Hotel directly.
Please remember to indicate that you are with the ILC Meeting to ensure you are charged the special INFN-LNF rate.
We suggest that you make your reservation as soon as possible in order to be sure to get accommodation.
The number of rooms reserved is limited: reservation will be made on a first come-first served basis.

The deadline for Hotel Reservation is 5 November 2005.
After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.

A bus will pick up participants at the hotels every morning and take them back to the hotels at the end of the scheduled workshop activity.
